【摘要】 评价了乌桕籽蜡层所制类可可脂的安全性。实验结果:LD50>20000mg/kg;七天喂养试验,高剂量组血脂有升高趋势;三项致突变试验均为阴性;喂养致畸试验,未见明显致畸效应;90天喂养试验,最大无怍用剂量为12.5％,类可可脂的可能摄入量为0.04g/kg,小于最大无作用剂量的300倍,应认为是安全的。但必须注意适量限制类可可脂的加入量与巧克力的摄入量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to assess the safety of the cocoa lipids produced from wax layer of Wujiu seeds, a series of toxi cological tests, including acute toxicity test, Ames test, bone marrow micronucleus test, sperm aberration test, 90-day feeding test, and feeding teratogenicity test, were performed.Its LD₅₀ was over 20,000 mg/kg. It tended to raise serum lipids in high dose in 7-day feeding test. The results of three mutation tests were all negative. No teratogenic effect was found in the feeding teratogenicity test, and 12.5 g/kg body weight seemed to be the maximal no effect level （MNL） in 90-day feeding test. The probable intake dose of cocoa lipids for man may be 0.04 g/kg, which is less than 300 times of MNL, it may be considered to be safe, but attention should be exerted to limit the dose of cocoa lipids and intake of chocolate.更多还原
