美州大蠊血淋巴游离氨基酸DNS荧光法测定
FREE AMINO ACIDS IN HEMOLYMPH OF PERIPLANETA AMERICANA DETERMINED BY DNS-FLUOMETRIC METHOD
【摘要】 采用DNS反应-聚酰胺薄膜层析荧光技术测定30只美洲大蠊血淋巴中的游离氨基酸,初步鉴定出十七种游离氨基酸:异亮、亮、缬、苯丙、色、酪;脯、甘、蛋、赖、半胱、精、组、门冬、谷、丙、苏氨酸。对前10种氨基酸进行定量(10-4M/L)测定,其值依次为:2.40,2.75,2.91,3.27,1.38,0.66,54.83,21.50,1.26,1.08。
【Abstract】 The profile of 17 amino acids in hemolymph of periplaneta americana and the concentration of 10 amino acids (F, G, I, K, L, M, P, V, W and Y) were determined by DNS-fluorometric method. Proline (54.79×10-4 M/L)was the most abundant, being 22 times higher than that in human serum; glycine was the second (22.23×10-4M/L), being nine times the content of it in human strum, The physiological signicance of the findings is discussed. The authors highly recommend the DNS method.
