微机化穆斯堡尔谱仪和在线分析系统

【摘要】 本文介绍一种穆斯堡尔谱采集和在线拟合的微机系统。在这一系统中,我们设计了一种6kB的微机用来采集数据。采集结束后,通过接口将所采集的数据输入用于拟合谱的,较大内存的微机。我们采用的是IBM—PC/XT微机,用它拟合一个a—Fe约4分钟。如果采用PC—1500微机,拟合一个a—Fe约10小时。拟合结束后,微机自动绘出穆斯堡尔谱图。采集系统装有输出接口,可在示波器上显示穆斯堡尔谱形。除了采集系统之外,穆斯堡尔谱仪还包括以12bitD/A转换器为基础的函数脉冲产生器,电磁振动器和负反馈放大器。谱仪的非线性好于0.2%,a—Fe的3、4峰的半宽度好于0.23mm/s。

【Abstract】 This Paper describes a computerized system for simultaneous mossbauer spectra data acquisition and fitting. In this system wedesigned a microcomputer with 6KB memory for data acquisition. At the end of a spectrum data acquisition, the acquired data pass through the interface and directly enter another personal computer, into which we fit the Mossbauer spectra. In our case, the personal compute is either an IBM-PC/XT, for which fitting aα-Fe spectrum takes 4 minutes, or a PC-1500, for which fitting aα-Fe spectrum takes 10 hours. At the end of fitting, the computer prints the fitted spectra parameters and traces the Mossbauer graph. Beyond on-line spectra fitting we may utlize this computer independently for scientific calculation. we also made an interface for display of a spectrum on the screen of an oscillograph. Except for the data acqusition system, the Mossbauer spectrometer consists of a function generator based on a 12 bit D/A convertor, a velocity servo amplifier and a Kankeleit type transducer. The non-linearity of the spectrometer is less than 0.2% and the linewidth of aα-Fe spectrum(inner line) is less than 0.23mm/s.
