使用721型单波长分光光度计进行双波长法测定的精密度研究—公式推导和一般规律
Investigation of Precision in Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometric Measurement by Single Wavelength Spectrophotomer of 721 Model——Derivation of Expression and General Rule
【摘要】 本文提出了用读数分辨率为0.2%的单波长仪器进行双波长法测定的精密度表达式。通过比较理论和实验的标准偏差,证明了理论表达式是正确的。讨论了获得高精密度测量的条件。
【Abstract】 An expression of the relative standard deviation of D WS measurement is presented, using single wavelength spectrophotometer of 0.2% readout resolution.Comparison between theoretical and experimental standard deviations indicates the validity of the theoretical expression.The conditions of acquiring higher precislon measurement are discussed.
