黄县褐煤固体热载体干馏试验研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了黄县褐煤在10kg/h固体热载体法干馏连续实验装置上的实验结果。以自产半焦为热载体。干馏温度为450—970℃。干馏产品焦油可达低温干馏试验值的92%;煤气热值为16×10~3KJ/m~3以上;半焦活性甚好。用此工艺进行褐煤干馏可得半焦、焦油及煤气。半焦可作发电燃料,焦油和煤气可作为化工原料或干净能源。

【Abstract】 An Continued experimental equipment in 10 kg.h-1 for pyrolysis process using heat Carrier was established. This paper described the experimental results of pyrolysis for Huangxian brown coal using the produced fine char as heat carrier. The pyrolysis temperature is at 450-670℃, the high tar yield is 92% of the value of Fischer Test, the gas heating value is more than 16×103 KJ.m-3 This process may be used the char as fuel instead of brown coal tar and gas as chemical raw materials or clean fuels.
