非对称聚砜平板膜的结构同气体渗透行为的研究
A Study of Structure and Permeation Behavior of Asymmetric Polysulfone Membrane
【摘要】 用不同配比的聚砜(PS)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)制备的铸膜液,在水中凝胶制备了结构不同的非对称聚砜平板膜。用电镜观察了膜的断面结构;用气体渗透法得到了膜的表面结构参数;测试了各种膜对H2和N2的渗透率(JH2和JN2)随温度和压力的变化规律。定性地建立了膜的断面结构、表面结构同气体通过膜的渗透行为之间的关系。
【Abstract】 Different structure of asymmetric polysulfone membrane were prepared from casting solution contains N,N-dimethylaeetamide as solvent and congulated in water.The cross-section of the membrane was observed bySEM. The parameters of the membrane surface struccture was obtaind by using gas permeation method and the variable rule of permeation rate of various membrane VS.H2 and N2(JH2 and JN2) with temperature and pressure were examined.The relationship between cross section struction,surface stucture and permeation behavior of gas acrosses the membrane was determined characterizely。
