小麦品质的近红外光谱研究
Studies on the wheat Quality of the Near-Infrared Reflective Spectroum (NIRS)
【摘要】 使用附φ60mm积分球的日立330分光光度计及P—E3600数据台,进行谷物的近红外反射光谱(NIRS)的测试及数据处理。探讨了样品厚度、样品压片压力大小,样品粒度大小对测定的影响。测试了50个不同地区,不同品种的小麦样品,并对NIRS数据进行了10g1/R,Δ(log1/R)的数学转换及线性和非线性逐步回归处理,建立了与水份、蛋白质、面筋率、容重相关系数分别为0.914,0.978,0.94,0.926的回归方程。
【Abstract】 The HITACHI-330 spectrphometer with φ60mm computer ball andp-E3600 data stage, measured thewheat quality of the NIRS, and the data were calculated. Approached the think, disc’s pressure and kernel size of the sample affecting the detective accuracy. Fifty samples come from the different region and variant kinds of wheat sample were determined. The NIRS data were analysis involving LOg 1/R and △(Log 1/R)mathematical transposition and linear. non-linear regression treatment, established the regression equation with moisture, protein, gluten percentage, and unit weight, relative coefficient are O.914, 0.978, 0.94, 0.926, respectively.
