CL—5709萃淋树脂吸附及分离稀土元素性能的研究(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 CL—5709萃淋树脂是异烷基膦酸(1—甲基庚基)酯萃淋树脂,含5709 50%6。本文报导了该树脂在盐酸体系中对稀土元素的静态分配系数,并与偶氮胂Ⅰ螯合树脂作了比较。讨论了温度、树脂用量、振摇时间对吸附稀土百分率的影响。测定了树脂吸附稀土的饱和容量及树脂的含磷量,并由此确定树脂所含功能基对稀土的配位比。用红外光谱探讨了该萃淋树脂吸附稀土离子的机理。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the properties of adsorption and seperation in hydrocl oric acid solutions for rare earth elements by CL-5709 levextrel resin. Distribution coefficients of some rare earth elements were determined. The adsorption capacity of resin for Nd3+ ion was 126.5mg/g·resin. The content of functional group was determined by elementary analysis. The complex ratio (functional group: metal) of resin to Nd3+ ion is 2:1. The mechanism of adsorption of this resin also was studied by infrared spectra.
