激光熔凝与电子探针联合成分分析法
AN ACCURATE METHOD OF ANALYZING COMPOSITION BY EMPA COUPLED WITH PRIOR LASER TREATMENT
【摘要】 用高能量脉冲激光对合金试样表面作局部快速熔凝处理,使粗大的铸造组织、共晶组织或大颗粒第二相重熔,形成均匀的过饱和固溶体或精细的显微组织,从而在熔区内使合金元素分布均匀,然后用电子探针波谱精确测定合金的真实成分。
【Abstract】 The rapid surface melting and solidification treatment on the alloy specimens have been achi ved by high power density laser pulse.Coarse casting structures, eutectic structures or large particles of the se cond phase were remelted. After rapid solidification, a homogeneous supersaturated solid solution with find microstructure was formed. The distributioh of the alloy elements in the melted region was very uniform. The true composition of the alloys could be accurately measured by EMPA.
