微小型阳极溶出伏安法测定血清中的铜和铅
Determination of Copper and Lead in Serum by the Microscale Anodic Stripping Voltammetry
【摘要】 本文提出了一种新型的微小型电解池,运用微小型阳极溶出伏安法对血清中的铜和铅同时进行测定,方法的灵敏度高,所需样品量极少,分析时间短。测定一次所需血清样不超过10μl,测定时的容积在350μl左右,铜、铅离子的峰高与其浓度分别在0.5~4.2μg ml-1和0.1~2.6μg ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,变动系数分别为4.7%和5.9%。
【Abstract】 A new microcell is designed and a new unique method for the determination of copper and lead in serum by anodic stripping voltammetry on a microscale is described, This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, using very small amount of sample (<10μl for each determination), high rapidity of analysis and very low consumption of the pure analytical reagents. Linear relationships are obtained between the peak heights and Cu(Ⅱ )-ion concentrations (in the range of 0.5~4.2μg·ml-1), and Pb( Ⅱ )-ion concentrations (in the range of 0.1~2.6μg· ml-1). The relative standard daviations are 4.7% and 5.9% respectively.
