用微晶萘吸附铁(Ⅱ)-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲口罗啉-四苯硼酸盐离子缔合物光度法测定微量铁
Spectrophotometric Determination of Iron by Adsorption of its Ion Associated Complex with 4,7-Diphenyl-1, 10Phenanthroline and Tetraphenylborate on Microcrystalline Naphthalene
【摘要】 本法用微晶萘定量吸附Fe(Ⅱ)-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲啰啉-四苯硼酸盐离子缔合物,然后分离缔合物并溶于丙酮,以光度法测定。操作简便、选择性好。应用于铝合金和天然水中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Summary Optimum Conditions have been established for the spectro-photometric determination of iron (Ⅱ) after adsorption of its ion-associated complex with 4,7-dipheny1-1, 10-phenanthroline and tetraphenylborate on microcrystalline naphthalene and subsequent dissolution in acetone. The molar absorptivity at 530 nm is 2.38×10~4. Beer’s Law is obeyed over the range 0-50μg of iron in 25 ml. For ten replicate determinations of 30μg of iron, the relative standard deviation is less than 1%. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in aluminium alloys and natural water.
