差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定水系沉积物中痕量铊

【摘要】 本文提出以汞膜电极,差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定水系沉积物中痕量铊,对其测定条件及前处理方法作了研究。试样经HF-HNO3或HF-HClO4处理后,于Britton-Robinson溶液(pH3.5)中,以硫酸肼作还原剂,加入适量DCTA、氟化钠和酒石酸作掩蔽剂,即可直接测定水系沉积物中痕量铊。

【Abstract】 The optimum condition for measurament and pretreatment of trace thallium in water-system sediments have been studied at the mercury-film electrode in differential pulse anodic stripping voltammctry. Firstly, dissolve the sample with HF-HNO3 or HF-HCIO4; and then add hydrazine sulfate as reducing agent, DCTA, NaF and tartaric acid as masking agent. And Britton-Robinson solution (pH3.5) as buffer. Finally, trace thallium in water-system sediments can be directly determined. The recovery is 90-117% The standard deviation and variation coefficent is 0.10 and 5.0% respectively.
