微细粒悬浮液稳定性判据与时间及表面电位的数学关系式
RELATIONSHIP OF STABILITY OF FINE SUSPENSION WITH SURFACE POTENTIAL AND TIME
【摘要】 微细粒悬浮液的稳定性对细粒选矿工艺有重要影响。本文从稳定性判据应满足的边界条件入手,导出稳定性判据与时间及表面电位的函数关系式为: S=1-1/kB[1-exp(-kttn)]exp(-k(?)2m)对上述关系式进行了简略讨论,并阐述了这一关系式的意义及其潜在应用。
【Abstract】 The stability of fine suspension has an important influence upon fine mineral processing. From the boundary conditions required by the stability criterion, a relationship of the stability criterion with time and surface potential is derived:S=1-1/kB[1-exp(-kttn)]exp(-kφφp2m)where S is the stability criterion, φ is the surface potential of suspended particles, t is time, and KB, Kt and K are brrownian movement constant, time constant and potential constant, respectively.
