【摘要】 本文对53例肿瘤病人及正常成年人,进行了血清硒、锌和铜水平的测定。血清硒、锌和铜水平两组间均有显著差异。本文实验结果与其它学者报道的肿瘤病人血清硒、锌水平降低,血清铜水平及Cu/Zn比值增高是一致的。作者认为此项检查将有助于临床诊断与治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Levels of serum Se, Zn and Cu in patients with tumor and in normal adults were measured in this study. By statistical analysis (T test),levels of serum Se, Zn and Cu in patients with tumor were significantly different from those in normal adults. Our results were similar to those of other authors that levels of serum Se and Zn were lower and levels of serum Cu and Cu/Zn were higher in patients wit tumor. The author thinks that the measurment will be helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.更多还原
