【摘要】 1986—05黑龙江省绥滨农场,由于聚餐吃野生小鱼而发生罕见的华支睾吸虫病暴发流行。吃生鱼者64人,其中男52人,女12人;年龄8～58岁。皮肤试验均阳性,14人虫卵阳性,嗜酸粒细胞超过10%者44人。主要症状是发热、头痛、胃痛、腹胀、颈痛、肝区痛,急速消瘦,四肢无力等。经丙硫咪唑治疗,很快控制了急性发作。从4种小鱼中查到华支睾吸虫囊蚴,特别是麦穗鱼和胡芦子鱼阳性率分别为76.19%和70.77%,克囊蚴数分别为546.7个和31.3个。解剖当地猫、狗、兔和猪,从肝胆管内均查到大量虫体和虫卵。值得注意的是兔能同猫、狗一样自然感染了华支睾吸虫病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Outbreaks of clonorchiasis sinensis resulting from eating raw fish in suibin farm in May, 1986 were reported. 64 individuals ate raw fish, of whom 52 were maie and 12, female, at the age of 8 to 58. Skin test oa all the cases were positive, but only 14 cases were ova positive. 44 cases showed an eosinophilia of more than 10%. The main symptoms were high fever, headache, stomachache, abdominal distension, neckache, rapidly emaciation, pain in hepatic region and weakness of limbs. Acute attacks were quickly under control following administration of albendazole. The first intermediate hos of clonorchis sinensis—Para—fossarulus striatulus was found in locality. 4 species of fresh water fish were found to be infected with clonorchis metacercariae. The infection rates of pseudorasbora and Rhodeus sinensis were 76.2% with 546.7 cyst/gram and 70.8% with 31.3 cyst/gram, respectively. 2 casts, 2 dogs, 1 pig and 1 rabbit were examined and many worms and ova were found in their liver and gallbladder. it is noted that rabbit would be naturally infected with clonorchis sinensis.更多还原
