【Abstract】 The serum level of microelement Se in the 21 cases of cataract patients was estimated with atomic absorption spectrum analysis and the results were compared with those observed in 36 normal adults as control. It was found that mean Se level in the cataract group was significantly lower than that in the control. The mechanism of the change is aslo discussed.更多还原
