稀土矿物电子探针定量分析研究
STUDY ON QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF RARE-EARTH MINERALS WITH ELECTRON PROBE
【摘要】 本文讨论了稀土矿物电子探针分析中的几个问题,提出了解决这些问题的方法。用稀土五磷酸盐晶体作为分析标样,以实验测定的干扰量为基础剥离重迭峰,用Bence-Albee方法进行校正计算。以化学定比法确定CO2量,提出了实验测定中应当注意的几个问题。最后用分析实例说明了这些方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Several questions of quantitative analysis of rare-earth minerals with electron probe are discussed in this paper. The methods for solving these questions are also presented. The rare-earth pentaphosphates are used as the analytical standard samples. On the basis of the interference-volume mesured in the experiments, the overlap-peak has been subtracted. The correction and calculation have been performed by using Bence-Albee Method. The CO2 content has been determined with chemistry-proportion method. Some questions to which attention should be payed in experimental determinations are pointed out. The feasibility of these methods has been proven with the practical analysis examples.
