软态分级时效对铍青铜(QBe2)断口和硬度的影响

【摘要】 本文用扫描电镜分析比较了QBe2合金标准软态时效与软态分级时效的断口形貌。观察结果表明,分级时效使该合金脱溶物呈均匀方式析出,电子断口组织明显细化。经较佳分级时效工艺处理后,该合金的强韧性将进一步提高。

【Abstract】 This article deals with the fractography of the beryllium bronze (QBe2) between the preaging and the step aging in soft which are analyzed and compared by SME. The observation shows that the precipitates of the solids solution may be homogeneity precipitated and the structure of fractography is fined by step aging of this alloy in soft. After optimum parameters of the step aging process in soft state the strength and the ductility of the QBe2 alloy are further improved.
