高炉含钛炉渣脱硫能力的研究

【摘要】 在钼丝炉内1500℃下石墨坩埚中,作了CaO—SiO2—TiO2—Al2O3—MgO熔渣与含硫铁液之间的脱硫反应试验,铁及渣成份模拟某厂高炉铁渣。根据试验数据,作出硫分配系数Ls与渣中CaO/SiO2及TiO2%的关系曲线。结论认为,在试验成份范围内的某厂高炉渣,不可能大幅度地提高脱硫能力。

【Abstract】 The desulfurizing reactions test between five-component (CaO-SiO2-TiO2-Al2O3-MgO) molten slags and Sulfur-containing molten Pigiron were carried out in graphite cruicibles in a Mo-Wire electric resistance furnace, heated to 1500℃. The compositions of iron and slag were similar to those used in a blast furnace of an iron plant, The dependence of sulfur distribution coeffcients Ls and basicities ((CaO)/(SiO2)) of slags with different TiO2 contents was illustrated in a diagram.It may be concluded that,the desulfurizing ability of the blast furnace slags of this iron plant can’t be increased significantly if the slag compositions still remain in the composition ranges tested in this experiment.
