【Abstract】 A physical map of the 76×106 dalton circular DNA genome of Heliothis arimgcra NPV Las been constructed with the methods of hybridization and multiple restriction endonucleases digestion. The complete ordcr of Xhol restriction enzyme sites has been dctermined.
