【摘要】 报告小儿消化性溃疡47例。该病近年有逐渐增多的趋势。早期症状模糊,仅20％有典型的饥饿疼或夜间疼,部分为脐周的疼痛;有的仅表现为贫血。并发症发生率高达87.2％,主要为消化道出血。症状不典型,儿童对病情叙说不清,医生对该病的认识模糊是早期误诊率高的原因。对早期诊断提出了建议,讨论了有关问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper 47 cases of children peptic ulcer are reported. There is a tendency of gradually increasing of this disease in recent years. The symptoms of the disease at its early stage were indistinct. Only 20％ of these patients showed typical symptoms, such as hunger pain and night pain. Some patients only manifested anemia. The complications in these series were as high as 87.2％, mostly were peptic hemorrhage. Since the symptoms of this disease are not typical, children can not de- scribe the illness clearly doctors are not familial with this disease, so the incidence of misdiagnosis is high. A proposal for early diagnosis is presented, and some relevant problems are discussed.更多还原
