【摘要】 本文报告用从安徽省分离的流行性出血热Chen株病毒,同时和Hantaan病毒分别感染Vero E₆细胞,以免疫亲和层析提纯病毒,十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳)SDS-PAGE)分离病毒结构蛋白。观察到Chen株病毒和Hantaan病毒同样含有三种病毒结构蛋白,且电泳迁移率相似;三种病毒结构蛋白在病毒颗粒中各自存在独立的一级结构,病毒颗粒表面两种糖蛋白之间不存在双硫键的联结。更多还原
