【摘要】 本文报告20例急性磷化锌中毒之临床资料,对其服毒量、潜伏期、服毒后就诊时间、主要脏器损害、治疗措施及其与预后的关系等进行了分析。90％的病人潜伏期在2小时内。重症者以中枢神经系统、心、肝、肾受累为主。死亡3例中,2例死于中枢神经系统抑制、休克;1例死于肝功能衰竭。并就其毒理和治疗略加讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty cases of acute zinc phosphat poisoning are reported. An analysis on the factors iubluenaig prognosis is made. In 90％ patients, the incubation period was within two hours. In serious cases, organic damage were mostly to the central nervous system, heart, liver and kidneys. Among the 20 cases there were 3 deaths, of which 2 died of inhibition of the central nervous system and shock, and one died of hepatic failure. The treatment of acute zinc phos- phatem poiatring has been discussed.更多还原
