破坏睫状神经节区分毒扁豆碱与毛果芸香碱的缩瞳机制
To Differentiate the Mode of Miotic Action of Pilocarpine and Physostigmine by Destroying the Ciliary Ganglion
【摘要】 本文选用16只正常家兔的眼供实验。实验前3~5天,用80%乙醇1~1.5ml,对兔一侧眼进行球后注射,使其失去神经支配。实验动物按自身对照法进行,在睫状神经节破坏前、后,分别观察毒扁豆碱和毛果芸香碱的缩瞳作用。俟节后纤维完全变性后,则毒扁豆碱对该侧眼的瞳孔括约肌作用完全丧失,而毛果芸香碱的作用仍存在,甚至还有所增强(即所谓去神经敏感化)。实验结果表明,用80%乙醇破坏睫状神经节法,可作为区分胆碱酯酶抑制剂和M胆碱受体激动剂,缩瞳作用机制不同的一种实验方法。
【Abstract】 In rabbits, a unilateral posteyeball injection of ethanol (80%, 1-1.5 ml) was made 3 to 4 days before the experiment in order to destroy the ciliary ganglion. Under such condition the iris of the ethanol-treated eye was den- ervated. Using the untreated eye as control, the effect of drugs which were instilled to conjunctival sac on the size of the pupil was observed. On the ethanol-treated eye, pilocarpine produced a more potent miotic action (Kn- own as denervation supersensitivity), but physostigmine did not produce any effect. This result suggests that destroying the ciliary ganglion may be used to differentiate the mode of miotic action of M-cholinoceptor agonists and cholinesterase inhibitors.
