【摘要】 本文通过对51例小儿急性白血病染色体的分析发现染色体异常在急淋中占98.83％,染色体数目异常以亚二倍体为主伴有假二倍体及多倍体;在急非淋中占92.59％,染色体数目异常主要为二倍体伴有假二倍体超二倍体及多倍体,除此还发现几例结构异常核型。提示急性白血病染色体异常机率极高,染色体的检查对急性白血病的早期诊断和治疗有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 51 cases of acute leukemia in childhood are reported in this article. The chromosomes change in mumber and pattern was found. There are hypodip- loid with pseudodiploid and polyploid in about 98.83% of patients of acute lymphocytic leukemia. Among acute nonlymphocytic leukemia, 92.59％ of patients had pseudodiploid, hyperdiploid and polyploid chromosomes. And Some patients have abnormal karyotypes. So that in acute leukemia, the abnormalities of chromosomes are not uncommon. It is very important to examine the chromosomes carefully for early diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia.更多还原
