【摘要】 用放射免疫分析法测定了泰和鸡母鸡血浆中孕酮的含量。结果表明:55只163—253日龄的泰和鸡母鸡血浆中孕酮含量为458.40±289.24pg/ml(M±SD)。血浆孕酮含量随母鸡的日龄和生理状态的不同而变化。母鸡在排卵周期中血浆孕酮的平均值为495.04±436.86pg/ml,母鸡在排卵前6—3h,血浆孕酮含量升高至1223.21±340.45pg/ml,达到峰值。此峰值与平均值比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01),提示血浆孕酮峰值与母鸡排卵有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentrations of progesterone in peripheral plasma of the Taihe hensfrom 163 to 253 days of age were determined by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that the mean level of plasma progesterone of the Taihehens from 163 to 253 days of age was 458.40±289.24pg/ml(M±SD).Theconcentrations of progesterone in plasma varied with the age and physiologicalconditions of hens.The mean level of progesterone in plasma was 495.04±436.86pg/ml duringthe ovulatory cycle.The level of plasma progesterone increased and reached thepeak(1223.21±340.45pg/ml)during 6—3 hours prior to ovulation.The peaklevel of progesterone was significantly higher than the mean level(P<0.01).The peak level of progesterone is possibly related to the ovulation.Key worde:radioimmunoassay;Taihe hen;plasma progesterone;ovulationcycle.更多还原
