钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)氮素营养的研究(二)

【摘要】 <正> 钝顶螺旋藻是蓝藻中螺旋藻属内的一个种,它的光能利用率达18%,生长迅速,生物产量高,蛋白质含量高达58%以上,且蛋白质的氨基酸组成合理,富含赖氨酸、苏氨酸和蛋氨酸等人类和动物所必需的氨基酸,可用作营养食品或饲料、饵料的添加成份,是一种很值得开发利用的高蛋白生物资源。由于钝顶螺旋藻的蛋白质含量高,生长速度又快,对氮的需要量也就多。因
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the influence of Various sources of nitrogen and theirapplication by stages upon the Net photosynthetic rate and biomass of SpirulinaPlatensis.Experimental results showed,as the source of nitrogen for Spirulina Platensis,urea is the best of all,but it should not be applied in high concentration whichmay release too high concentration of ammonia to poison the Alga.The besttreatment in our experiments is to apply urea at twice in the life cycle of theAlga with the concentration of the urea applied to the culture medium being0.1g/L.The Alga cultured in this medium could get nitrogen nutrition throughoutthe whole life cycle and avoid the Ammonia-poison.As a result,Its biomass andProtein contents are the highest of all treatments.This best design of the applica-tion of urea could be emPloied in practice.
