用PCVD技术沉积TiN涂层的研究
Study on the Deposited TiN Layer by Plasma Chemical Vapour Deposition
【摘要】 本文用直流等离子体化学气相沉积技术,在高速钢、Cr12、40Cr、GCr15及38CrMoA钢渗氮、40Cr渗硼、42CrMo钢喷涂镍基合金的试样上沉积TiN涂层。对TiN涂层进行了晶体结构、组织、断口形貌及性能测试和分析。
【Abstract】 TiN Layers are deposited on high speed steel, Cr12, 40Cr, GCr15steels, nitrtded 38CrMoAl steel, borided 40Cr steel and 42CrMo steel sprayed with nickel based alloy, by means of plasma-CVD process. The crystalline construction, structure and fracture morphology and properties of the deposited TiN layers on these matrix alloys were examined and studied.
