SCM435钢齿轮离子渗氮研究
The Study on the Ion-nitriiding for SCM435 Steel Gears
【摘要】 本文研究了SCM435钢γ′单相离子渗氮层的组织构成和组织形态及其对性能的影响。研究结果表明,致密的γ′单相化合物层和扩散层中较宽的无脉网状组织区对强韧性做出了贡献。脉网状组织的实质是沿原奥氏体晶界分布的颗粒合金氮化物。用低氮势法和控制离子渗氮工艺因素,可在SCM435钢圆柱齿轮上获得强韧性良好的γ′单相离子渗氮层,且沿齿廓分布均匀,渗氮前后齿轮精度无变化。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with a study on the single-phase γ′-iroa nitrided layer on SCM435 steel in respect of the structure and morphology of the layer, and their effect on the properties of the layer.Results show that the close-packed layer of γ′-compound and the non-vein-structured area in the diffusion layer both contribute to the sirength and toughness acquired. The vein-structure is actually granular alloy nitrides distributed along the prior austenite grain boundaries.By applying low nitrogen potential method in treating the spur gear made of SCM135 steel, with parameters of the ion-nitriding process under control, strengthening and toughening layer uniformly distributed over gear can be obtained, with the precision of the gear left unchanged.
