大型合金钢轴的抗蚀渗氮

【摘要】 本文介绍了34CrNi3Mo钢大型轴类件的抗蚀渗氮技术。选用适当的渗氮设备和工艺能使轴的表面获得30μm、致密无脆性的ε—相白亮层。经电位测定及实物考察表明,渗氮试样抗蚀性能良好。经抗蚀渗氮处理的大型支铰轴已装机使用。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the anti-corrosive nitriding process for the large shaft made of 34CrNi3Mo steel. Using proper nitriding equipment and process, a 30μm depth white layer containing fine and non-brittle single ε-phase may be obtained. The electro-chemical corrosion of nitriding specimen and the observation of practical parts were denoted that, the corrosion resistance is favourable. The nitrided shaft has been assembled and used in practice.
