【Abstract】 This paper deals with novel drip-feed sulfo-nitriding process with DS medium made of organic compounds containing sulphur. After sulfo-nitridtng the sulphide, oxide and nitride are formed on the surface of tools, dies and structural steel workpiece. The surface layer containing FeS possesses good adhesive wear resistance, the service-life of dies used for hot stamping is obviously increased.更多还原
