【摘要】 本文介绍了以TP-801单板机为基础,组成控制10m井式炉加热过程的微型机系统。系统采用P. I. D—P. D数学模型控制,实现了七区炉温按给定程序同步加热,并且,可以对热电偶失灵、炉温超差,冷却水中断、停电、过程终止,进行自动报警和自动处理。系统对整个过程以CRT显示,并对各工艺参数,如炉子运行时间、加热区段数,设定温度和实际温度等打印输出。

【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the micro-computer system based on a TP-801 single board computer, used for controlling the heating procedure in a pit type furnace of depth 10m. This system is based on the PID-PD mathematical model to achieve the synchronous heating in seven zones according to the given program. It may give alarms and automatically dispose the fault of thermoconples, the furnace temperature runover, the cooling water shut off, the power cut and the procedure stop. The whole procedure are displayed by a CRT and all technical parameters such as the operating time at furnace, the number of heating zones, the setting and the actual temperature may be printed out in the whole procedure.
