高速钢真空热处理后强韧性的研究

【摘要】 本文分析了6—5—4—2型高速钢真空热处理后的组织和强韧性之间的关系。实验表明,真空淬火后的钢中发现有未溶的方块状碳化物。这种碳化物对钢的硬度和韧性影响不大。真空淬火钢在回火过程中析出的VC均匀弥散地分布在隐针马氏体的基体上。合理的组织配合使钢的扭转强度和韧性提高。常规淬火钢中VC沿孪晶面析出,因而带有一定的方向性,致使韧性较低。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the relationship between the siructures and the strength-toughness behavior of 6-5-4-2 high speed steel after vacuum heat treating. The experimental results denoted that, the undissolved lumpish carbides were observed in the microstructures after vacuum heat trenting, and these carbides have a little effect on the hardness and toughness. The VC are precipitated and distributed dispersively on the matrix of cryptocrystalline martensite in the tempering process. By the resonable structural coordinate, the torsion strength and toughness are increased. As the VC carbides precipirate along the twin plane in normal quenched steel during tempering, it exists a certain orientation, and then the toughness may be decreased.
