【摘要】 用恢复系细胞质创造新的不育系,经再次试验得到重演,并获得新的Y_Ⅱ型不育系。Y_Ⅱ型不育系抗小斑病的能力较强,对不同自交系的育性反应与C群,S群,T群以及Y_Ⅱ型不育系有明显的差异,三系可以配套。细胞学观察表明,Y_Ⅱ型不育系呈正常行为。同时,对Y型、C群和S群不育系的恢复基因以及过氧化物酶进行了分析与讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The creation of a new type (Y-type) of maize male-sterile line using the male-sterile cytoplasm of restoring lines has previously been reported. In the present experiments a new cytoplasm male-sterile line of YII-type was obtained through the similar procedure. Hence, it is concluded that the application of cytoplasm of restoring lines to the creation of new types of male-sterile lines in maize is promising.The resistance of the YII-type male-sterile line to Helminthosporium maydis was found similar to that of the inbred line "Yellow Early 4" and the C group maize male-sterile lines.However, the YII type line differed significantly from other inbred lines in restoring and maintenance characteristics. It was found that the complete set of "three lines" of the YII type could be formed.No abnormal cytological action at meiosis was observed with the optical microscope. The restoring gene inheritance of the Y-type and C and S groups of maize male-sterile lines and the zymogram patterns of peroxidase isozymes in maize leaves were analysed and discussed.更多还原
