压缩细胞阵列(CCA)及其性能分析
COMPRESSED CELLULAR ARRAY (CCA) AND THE ANALYSIS OF ITS PROPERTIES
【摘要】 本文对K—C提出的细胞阵列的性质进行了深入的探讨,提出一种新的细胞阵列——压缩细胞阵列(CCA),用这种阵列形成的通用逻辑模块与Akers和K-C的模块相比,可大大节约基本细胞,因此减少了阵列的内部连线和外部引线数,便于用LSI/VLSI工艺的实现,对CCA的性质进行了研究,对其故障检测问题也作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 In this paper the properties of the cellular array proposed by K-C are discussed. A new cellular array-compressed cellular array (CCA) is presented. The basic cells in the universal logic cellular array of this type are fewer than those in the arrays proposed by Akers[2] and K-C, so the on-chip interconnections and external pins of the array are reduced, and the array can be easily realized in LSI/VLSI technology. The properties and the fault detection of CCA are also discussed.
