20钢激光淬火组织研究
STUDY ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF LASER HEAT TREATMENT FOR 20 STEEL
【摘要】 利用透射电镜对20钢激光淬火区组织进行了分层研究。研究结果表明,随激光淬火区层深的变化,组织结构发生明显变化。激光淬火区的奥氏体晶粒平均直径为30μm。残余奥氏体膜厚为450A。马氏体和残余奥氏体之间符合K-S位向关系。
【Abstract】 The microstucture of various laser heat treating areas has been investigated by using transmission electron microscopy. It was shown that the structures of processing are as change apprently with distance from the surface. The average prion austennite grain size was measured to be 30 um in diameter. The average size of thin films of retained austennite was 450A in width. There was a K urdjumov-Sachs orientation ralationship beteween martensite and aus-tenite.
