【摘要】 已证实精子膜麦芽凝集素(WGA)受体缺失是引致男性不育的一个原因。本文用人精子与去透明带的金色田鼠卵体外穿透试验,比较了14例“原因不明”性男性不育患者(其精液常规分析值属正常范围。但其WGA凝集度值低于正常)与8例正常有生育力者的精子体外受精能力,结果表明,生育组的平均穿透率为42.01±16.34%,而WGA受体缺失组的穿透力为11.96±4.78%,经统计学处理,两组有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。本研究从另一个角度又提示了精子膜WGA受体与精子的受精机能密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 14 cases of infertile men and another 8 cases of normal fertile men were investigated in this study. It was shown that the mean penetration rate of normal group was 42.01±16.34%, while the mean penetration rate of infertile group was 11.96±4.78%. Two groups were statistically quite different (P<0.001). It suggested that the WGA receptor on sperm membrane is closely related to the fertilizing ability of human sperm.更多还原
