【摘要】 对陕西城固油橄榄场主要栽种品种佛奥、城固32、城固22开花结果、果实生长发育、成熟和采收期进行了系统研究。在城固地区佛奥等品种一般5月下旬至6月初开花。果实生长按增重过程可明显地区分出三个时期:速生生长期、生长缓慢期和最后增重期。果实不同生长期油脂形成积累的速率不同。7月下旬至9月初是果实油脂形成积累最快、最重要的时期,果实含油量的51—56％都是在这个时期(42天)形成的。实践中油橄榄果实的成熟主要是按果面色彩的变化来判断的,而适宜采收期的确定则与果实的成熟和加工用途不同有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The systematic studies on the flowering, bearing, growing and harvesting time of fruits with ’Frantoio’ , ’Chenggu 32’ , ’Chenggu 22’ have been taken in Chenggu Olive Orchard, Shanxi Province. ’Frantoio’ blossoms coordinating with "Chenggu 32’ and ’Chcnggu 22’ from mid-May to early June. The rate of complete flower and fruit setting seems to be higher in ’Frantoio’ than the others. On the basis of the increasing process of fruit weight, the fruit growth can be divided into three stages;(i) Growth is rapid in the first stage; (ii) Growth is lower in the second stage (in August) ; and (iii) during the third stage (in September) again one rapid growth coincides with the color change. The oil content in fruits increases rapidly from the end of July to the early of September, 51-56% amount of oil has been accumulated within 42 days. From the growing season to its maturity the fruit’s skin changes its color obviously, from green to yellow green, to purple, and finally to black covered with a whitish bloom, but the harvesting time is varied for different uses.更多还原
