【Abstract】 A new effective method with high precision for the on-line measurement of the averaged values of two-dimension regular sizes is described in this paper. Compared with traditional measurement techniques, this method, mamed laser two-dimension Fourier transfer method, possesses the advantages of high precision and fast on-line measurement as well as a wide range of measurement.
