甲醇70.5μm光抽运远红外激光器
Optically Pumped Far Infrared Methanol Laser at 70.5μm
【摘要】 研制了一台具有空心介质波导谐振腔的光抽运远红外激光器,其谐振腔长度为1.2m。当泵浦CO2功率为22W时,得到50mW的70.5μm谱线的连续输出功率。远红外腔的转换效率可达理论最大值的8.4%。该激光器适用于光频测量中的谐波混频实验。
【Abstract】 An optically pumped far infrared methanol laser with a hollow dielectric waveguide resonator of 1.2m long has been developed at the National Institute of Metrology. A power of 50mW CW is achieved for 70.5μm line when the CO2 pumping power is about 22W. The conversion efficiency of infrared cavity can reach 8.4% of the theoretical maximum. This laser is suitable for the harmonic mixing experiments.
