【摘要】 应用昆虫几丁质合成抑制剂,灭幼脲8号〔1-(4-氯苯基)-3-(2-氯苯甲酰基)脲〕、Dimilin〔1-(4-氯笨基)-3-(2,6-二氟苯甲酰基)脲〕、SIR8514〔2-氯-氮-〔〔〔4-(3氟甲氧基)苯基〕氨基〕羰基〕苯酰胺〕对玉米螟卵及幼虫进行活性测定及田间试验。室内试验用25％灭幼脲3号胶悬剂50-1000ppm和25％Dimilin可湿粉10-250ppm浸渍卵块,杀卵效果分别为80.9-94.4％、43.2-72.1％。5000ppm液浸虫体,矫正死亡率分别为69.4％和27.0％。田间小区试验,在玉米植株抽穗初期喷雾灭幼脲3号13、20克(ai)/亩:Dimilin2.5、5克(ai)/亩;SIR8514 25％胶悬剂2.5、5克(ai)/亩,被害株率减少分别为41.7、58.3％;50.0、50.0％;70.8、70.8％,幼虫存活率减少分别为50.0、62.5％;75.0、25.0％;100.0、87.0％。榆树和东丰县用灭幼脲8号2.5％颗粒剂施心叶50克/亩和25％胶悬剂喷雾40、50克/亩被害株率减少分别为66.8％、35.7％租51.2％,效果高于BT乳剂和青虫菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 The insect chitin synthesis inhibitors, Benzophenol urea №3,〔1- (4-chloropheny1) - 3 - (2-chlorobenzoy1) urea〕, Dimilin 〔1-( 4-chloro- pheny1) - 3 - (2, 6-difluorobenzoy1) urea〕, SIR8514 〔2-chloro-N-〔〔〔4- (trifluoromethoxy) pheny1〕 amino〕carbony1〕 benzamide〕 were tested against the eggs and the larvae of the Asiatic Corn Borer (ACB), Ostrinia furnacalis Guene’e, in 198. In the laboratory, when egg masses were dipped with Larvae-killing Urea 350-1000ppm and Dimilin 10-250ppm, the mortalities were 80.9-94.4% and 43.2-72.1% respectively. Larvae were dipped with 5000ppm solution of Larvae-killing Urea 3 or Dimilin, the mortalities were 69.4% and 27.0%, respectively. In the field plot tests, when chemicals sprayed at corn early tassel against the larvae of ACB, the effects of Larvae-killing Urea 3 13 or 20g (ai)/mu, Dimilin 2.5 or 5.0g (ai)/ mu and SIR8514 2.5 or 5.0g (ai)/ mu, were in reduction of damage stands 41.7, 58,3%; 50.0, 50.0%; 70.8, 70.8%, respectively, and in erduction of the larvae, 50.0, 62.5%; 75.0, 25.0%; 100.0, 87.0%, respectively. In the field tests, treated with a 2.5% granular formulation of Larvae- killing Urea 3 dosage 50g/ mu at corn funnel stage or sprayed with 40 or 50g/mu of Larvae-killing Urea 3 in Yu Shu and Dong Feng County, gave a reduction of damage plants by 66.8%, 35.7% and 51.2%, respectively, and their effect were higher than B.T.更多还原
