犁体曲面CAD软件系统的开发
Development of Cad Software of Plow Body Surface
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新颖而先进的犁面十二参数设计法,从而使犁面设计开始摆脱传统的经验设计。本文开发了犁面设计、绘图一体化软件系统。该系统可完成犁面十二参数设计,并能绘制制造犁体时所需的全部犁面图形。还叙述了用该软件系统设计的犁体试制和试验情况。设计的犁体经多次试验表明比现有国内同类产品降阻10%左右,并有较好的性能。最后分析了该软件系统设计犁体降阻原因。
【Abstract】 A new advanced twelve-parameter method which is based on velocity theory is presented. This method is used to eliminate traditional empiric design method. An integrated software system is developed with the technigue of CAD,block structure,decreasing memory, increasing running velocity and soon. All drawings needed in manufacturing plow body can bo drawn. Experiments were carried out in a soil tank and fields,which proved that ten percent of resistance can bo decreased than any other domestic plows and better performances. Finally this paper analyses the reason of decreasing resistance of plow body.
