【摘要】 本文旨在介绍ISO3002/I的主要内容,并对刀具参考座际系的建立和对刀具角度标注体系进行分析和归纳,综合有关学者论述首先采用了“刀具命名法”这一术语。指出法前角命名法和正交前角命名法的物理意义明确,应优先采用,而进给前角命名法在描述刀具切削性能方面不够直观,但在刀具设计计算中仍占有重要地位;至于最大前角命名法从刀具技术的发展角度来观察,仍具有一定的实际意义;这正体现了ISO新标准的完整性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present paper, ISO 3002/I standard is introduced an 1 a new terminology-the nomenclature of cutting tools is suggested after author studied the establishment of the reference systems and the angle notations of tools. It is pointed out that the nomal rake notation system and the orthogonal rake notation system show clearly the physical significan-ce, which shovll be adoptel preferably; the feed rake notation system can not display direetly the cutting ability of tools, but it is still important in the design of tools; and the maximum rake netation system still shows the pcactical significance in the development of the technique of tools; ISO standard demonstrates its completeness.更多还原
