液压阀产生喷流噪声机理初步探讨
The Mechanism of the Spurt Noise Generation in Hydraulic Valves
【摘要】 液压阀的喷流噪声,是指液压油流过阀口时由于节流作用,产生高速喷流而引起的涡流声和气穴声。本文对涡流、气穴的形成,涡流场压力、流速的分布及涡流剪切剥离流量进行了理论分析和计算;根据噪声源的一般特性,分析了液压阀高速喷流时声源的组成,并提出了高速喷流时辐射声级最高的气穴噪声发生的过程和方程及降低液压阀喷流噪声的措施。
【Abstract】 The spurt noise includes the eddy current noise and the cavitation noise and it is generated due to the throttle action when the oil flow passes through the escape orifice of the hydraulic valves at a high speed. The theoretic analysis and the calculation of the formation of the eddy current and the eavitation, the eddy current field pressure, the distribution of the velbcity of the oil flow and the shear stripped flow of the eddy eurrent are carried out in the present paper. The noise composition of hydraulic valves is also lanalyzed based on the general characterics of noise sources. The process of the generation of the cavitation noise whose noise level is the highest in the high speed spurt and the epuation of the cavitation noise are discussed. The measure to control the noise of the hydraulic valve is suggested.
