【摘要】 本文利用高温高压方法获得了单相的LaDyO3和LaGdO3,它们属于B-(Dy+3,La+3)O1.5和B-(Gd+3,La+3)O1.5型单斜固溶体。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the single phase products of monoclinic type LaDyO3 and LaGdO3 have been synthesized under high-pressure and high-temperature and their structures have been discussed. It is held that they are monoclinic solid solutions B-(Dy+3,La+3)O1.5 and B-(Gd+3,La+3) O1.5 at the present experimental conditions.
