有过渡族元素掺杂的高T_C超导材料研究
The Study of High T_C Superconducting Materials Doped by Transition Elements
【摘要】 <正> 我们在3月28日公布了超导材料的研究成果后,在满足ABO3型化合物B位要求的前提下,又研究了过渡族元素V、Cr及元素Bi、Sc取代部分Cu对超导性能的影响。 材料组成为Y0.3Ba0.7Cu0.8M0.2O3-δ(M=V,Cr;Sc;Bi)。所用原料为Y2Oδ(99.9%),BaCO3(分析纯),CuO(分析纯),Bi2O3(光谱纯),Sc2O3(光谱纯),
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of transition elements on the superconducting material Y-Ba-Cu-O system, we substitute V, Cr and Sc, Bi for Cu partly. The nominal composition is Y0.3 Ba0.7 Cu0.8 M0.2 O3-δ(M = V, Cr;Sc;Bi). The results show that 1) the materials doped possess the same superconductivity as Y-Ba-Cu-O system,2)the sintering can be conducted in air and the after-treatment can be omitted.
