用于气体激光电源的高压恒流调节器特性分析

【摘要】 本文概述了目前常用的几种CO2激光器电源的主要特点,着重分析了一种由真空电子管、晶体管和运算放大器构成的高压恒流源的工作特性,为选择电路方案和进行电路设计提供了理论依据。本文所述高压电流调节器工作原理也适用于CO、He-Ne激光器和其它的高压恒流设备。

【Abstract】 The main properties of several commonly used types of CO2 laser power supply are briefly dsscribsd.Ths opsrating characteristics of the high tension constant-current source which consists of an electron tube,the transistors and the ope-rational amplifiers are emphatically analysed.It provides the theory evidence for selecting and designing circuit.The principle of the high tension current regulator introduced in this paper,is also applicable for the CO lasers,the He-Ne lasers and the other high tension constant-current equipments.
