【Abstract】 An experimental study of a pracfieal excimer laser is presented,and the output parameter of XeCe laser with repetition rate of 1-5 Hz,in adding fresh HC1 for a gas fill Xe and diluent gas with large than 200 hours of store operation time,laser shots of ~5×10-6,maximum pulse energy is 120mj are obtaned.The output performance of excimer laser is discussed.更多还原
