XeCl准分子激光泵浦的二级放大染料激光特性

【摘要】 本文报道了用XeCl准分子激光泵浦Rh6G染料激光振荡放大系统。分别研究了一级、二级的染料激光放大系统,测量了一些参量特性,获得了线宽为0.01A,调谐范围为470A的激光输出。二级放大的转换效率约为9%。

【Abstract】 The oscillation-amplification system of Rh6G dye laser pumped by XeCl exci-mer laser is reported in this article.The characleristics of the systems with one stage amplification and with two stage amplifications were investigated respectively.The dye laser output with line width of 0.01A,and tne tunning range 470A was obtained.The conversion ratio for the two stages amplifications system was about 9%.
