【Abstract】 A method for designing Rogowski’s electrode of TEA CO2 laser has been developed.It is simple and utility.We have successfully designed two sets of electrode according to this method and it was shown experimently that the TEA CO2 laser built with these electrodes exhibit a good performance.The computer program of the electrode design is presented.更多还原
